Highly toxic drugs: One is highly toxic drugs, which are highly lethal and can cause death if a small amount of them enters the human or animal body, such as mercury, cyanide and organophosphorus products; the other is toxic drugs, which can cause poisoning or disease in humans and animals due to accidental ingestion, contact with the skin or invasion of the body, such as BaCl2, CCl4, etc. For such drugs, laboratory managers should set up storage counters and implement a two-person receiving and sending and two-person custody system to ensure the safe management of drugs. In addition, laboratory managers should set up a detailed registration for drug collection to ensure the completeness of the collection procedures, and also conduct centralized control of the basic storage volume, as long as it can be supplied to the corresponding experiments.

To avoid waste and contamination of drugs when taking them, the following points should be noted: (1) Reagents of a purity grade that is consistent with the requirements for use should be used; (2) Care should be taken to prevent the reagents from being contaminated during the process of taking them. Reagents should be taken out from the reagent bottle with a clean horn spoon or stainless steel spoon. If the reagent clumps, use a clean glass rod to crush it and take it out. Liquid reagents should be poured out with a clean measuring cylinder. The remaining reagents taken out of the reagent should not be poured back into the original bottle; (3) Safety should be taken during the process of taking them. When opening the bottle stopper of a volatile reagent, do not point the bottle mouth at people, and do not put your nose at the reagent mouth to smell the reagent. Care should be taken to prevent the reagent from splashing; (4) When taking volatile reagents, it should be done in a fume hood, and appropriate protective equipment should be worn when taking toxic and hazardous reagents.

Before using drugs, they should be divided into several categories for registration to ensure that related work can be better performed; in the process of using drugs, attention should be paid to the scientific and rational registration of drugs to ensure that drugs can be reasonably managed to a certain extent. On this basis, the use of drugs should be registered, and the use of drugs should be recorded in detail, especially the use of dangerous goods.
