This time, we were fortunate to work with Wuxi Guolian Group to carry out a two-day safety production training activity, using the form of "theory + practice", aiming to comprehensively enhance the safety production awareness and skills of the Guolian Group's responsible persons, functional department heads, and full-time and part-time safety managers. More than 200 people from the group headquarters, financial and industrial subsidiaries participated in the training.

This training adopts the method of "theory + practice". After the theoretical training, all trainees visited and studied the hazardous chemicals explosion-proof device display area of ​​the newly built safety experience hall of Wuxi Institute of Science and Technology. The classroom was "moved" to the site of use, allowing all trainees to directly face the equipment and facilities, and understand the key points of safe use and storage of hazardous chemicals on the spot, further enriching the training content and achieving practical results.

As a co-builder of the hazardous chemicals explosion-proof device display area of the safety experience hall of Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology, our company demonstrated the safety performance and technical advantages of hazardous chemicals safety storage devices through professional reception, detailed Q&A, vivid demonstrations and active exchanges.

This is an extracurricular extension of Wuxi Guolian Group's hazardous chemicals safety course to further enhance the safety awareness and operational skills of the trainees. By using safe and efficient hazardous chemicals storage devices, the risks of fire, explosion and spontaneous combustion can be effectively reduced, ensuring the safe storage of hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste, gas cylinders, batteries, etc. in the work area.

Battery recharging cabinet：A safe and efficient charging partner that uses an intelligent management system to achieve fast charging and real-time monitoring. It is suitable for charging and storing batteries for pistol drills and other small power tools.

RFID intelligent reagent cabinet:It is an intelligent laboratory reagent storage device that integrates storage, management and monitoring. It uses advanced RFID radio frequency identification technology to achieve accurate identification, real-time monitoring and efficient management of reagents.

Battery safety storage box:It provides two major systematic safety guarantees for new energy batteries: storage and transportation, and emergency handling. When emergency situations such as heat release and thermal runaway occur during battery testing, maintenance, assembly, and production, the box's pressure relief system and cooling system can effectively deal with hazards such as explosion, leakage, and corrosion caused by the battery.

Filtration for safety cabinet:For upgrading and renovating traditional safety cabinets, external ventilation and filtration devices provide a simple and effective solution. This device does not require complicated exhaust duct installation.
