Flammable safety cabinet project case sharing-airport
Recently, a row of bright yellow new storage cabinets have quietly appeared in public areas such as the domestic and international departure floors and B1 area of Beijing Daxing International Airport. These professional and safe storage devices provided by ZOYET are specially used to store power banks left behind by passengers, becoming a new line of defense in the airport's security protection system.

With the popularity of smartphones, power banks have become a "standard item" for travelers. However, these convenient energy storage devices pose a potential safety hazard that cannot be ignored: lithium batteries are prone to explosions when exposed to high temperatures, compression or short circuits.

.
In recent years, there have been many cases of power banks emitting smoke and catching fire on airplanes at home and abroad, which seriously threatens aviation safety. How to properly dispose of power banks left behind or abandoned by passengers has become a common challenge faced by major airports.
In response to this special security demand, Beijing Daxing International Airport has deployed ZOYET professional safety cabinets in key locations such as the domestic and international departure floors and B1 area. These seemingly ordinary cabinets actually contain cutting-edge security technology:
It uses a double layer of fireproof steel plate with special insulating material in the middle to form a reliable fireproof barrier. Even if the power bank in the cabinet catches fire, the fire can be effectively controlled from spreading outward.

Both sides of the cabinet are equipped with double air vents with anti-fire devices to balance the pressure difference between inside and outside, relieve internal pressure in the event of an accident, and protect the safety of surrounding personnel and facilities.

The unique three-point linkage door lock system ensures that the cabinet door is tightly closed; the leak-proof liquid tank can contain leaking liquid; the electrostatic grounding port can promptly discharge static electricity and eliminate spark hazards.

These professional equipment comply with international safety standards such as OSHA 29 CER 1910.106, NFPA CODE30 and EU EN14470-1, providing a "safe haven" for high-risk lithium battery products.
