What are the functions of PE spill pallet?
PE spill pallet is a polyethylene container designed and developed to prevent and control leakage of oil drums and chemical drums and other oil and chemical containers that are widely used in factories, warehousing, logistics and transportation industries.
Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) and other materials, it is a product that prevents the leakage of hazardous waste liquids through raw material heating injection molding technology. It has certain characteristics of storing hazardous waste liquids and avoiding secondary leakage of chemicals or other hazardous waste liquids during canning, storage, and transportation. It is widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries to improve the safety of liquid storage and protect the environment from pollution.

The impacts of hazardous chemical leaks include:
1. Pollute the on-site working environment and bring a lot of complicated cleaning, sweeping and wiping work.
2. It is easy to cause personal safety accidents such as slips and falls.
3. According to the characteristics of chemicals, it is easy to cause safety accidents such as fire, explosion, poisoning, etc.
4. The leaked liquid flows into the sewer and soil, polluting the water, soil, air and other environments.
Many chemical plants, waste treatment plants, and laboratories store oil drums, chemical barrels, or some chemical containers, which may leak or splash during storage, use, or transportation.
Toxic, hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive and other chemicals that may cause water and soil pollution due to leakage must be stored, transported, used and disposed of in secondary containers to avoid pollution and accidents. PE spill pallet are widely adopted and used secondary leakage containers.
How to use the PE spill pallet:
1. Place the goods correctly: When placing the goods on the spill tray, ensure that they are evenly distributed and avoid overloading which may cause the spill tray to deform or break.
2. Check the condition of the pallet: Before using it, carefully check whether the appearance and internal structure of the spill tray are intact. If any damage or cracks are found, the spill tray should be replaced immediately to avoid accidents.
3. Avoid the spill tray from exceeding the load limit: Each spill tray has its load limit. Overloading will cause the tray to deform, break or leak.
4. Correctly use the spill tray drain hole: The spill tray is usually equipped with a drain hole for draining or cleaning to avoid blockage or incorrect discharge of leaks.
5. Prevent spill pallets from tilting: When transporting or storing goods, ensure that the spill pallet is placed stably to avoid tilting or unstable state to reduce the risk of accidents.
6. Properly stack the spill pallet: Ensure the stacking is stable and follow the stacking height limit.
7. Proper cleaning and maintenance: Clean the spill pallet regularly and check for any damage or contaminants.
8. Proper disposal of discarded pallets: discarded spill pallets should be properly disposed of and recycled in accordance with relevant regulations.
9. Train employees: Provide necessary training and guidance to enable them to use spill pallets correctly and reduce accidents and losses.

During transportation, if the liquid on the pallet leaks or overflows, the small round holes will act as a drainage device, which can drain the excess liquid out of the pallet to prevent the accumulation of liquid and cause the pallet to lose balance or be overloaded.
Through the small round holes, we can easily clean and drain, which is very important for the removal of liquid residues and regular maintenance of the pallet, ensuring the long-term service life and hygienic safety of the pallet.
