Can hazardous chemicals be stored in houses?

Dangerous chemicals shall be stored in special warehouses, special sites or special storage rooms (hereinafter referred to as special warehouses) and shall be managed by dedicated personnel; highly toxic chemicals and other dangerous chemicals whose storage quantities constitute a major hazard source shall be stored separately in special warehouses and a two-person receiving and sending and two-person custody system shall be implemented.
(I) Setting up a special warehouse for hazardous chemicals
Special warehouses must not only obtain a license in accordance with the law, comply with national standards for safety and fire protection, and have obvious signs, but also have dedicated personnel to manage, regularly monitor storage equipment and safety facilities, be equipped with reliable personal safety protection equipment, and pass the assessment before they can take up their posts.
(II) The following seven situations should be noted when storing hazardous chemicals:
1. The goods should be kept away from direct sunlight, fire, heat, power sources, and sparks.
2. In addition to the classified storage specified in the appendix, the following varieties should be stored in special warehouses: [Explosives] Black gunpowder and explosive compounds should be stored in special warehouses. [Compressed gas and liquefied gas] Flammable gas, non-flammable gas and toxic gas should be stored in special warehouses.
3. All flammable liquids can be stored in the same warehouse, but methanol, ethanol, acetone, etc. should be stored in special warehouses.
4. Flammable solids can be stored in the same warehouse, but pore-forming agent H and acid or acidic items should be stored separately; cellulose nitrate, safety matches, red phosphorus and phosphorus sulfide, aluminum powder and other metal powders should be stored separately.
5. Self-igniting items: yellow phosphorus, hydrocarbon metal compounds, animal and vegetable oil products must be stored in special warehouses.
6. Flammable items that are easily flammable when wet should be stored in special warehouses.
7. Oxidants and organic peroxides Primary and secondary inorganic oxidants and primary and secondary organic oxidants must be stored separately, but ammonium nitrate, chlorates, permanganates, nitrites, sodium peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, etc. must be stored in separate special warehouses.
(III) Safety measures should be standardized for the storage of hazardous chemicals:
Storage sites for hazardous chemicals should be equipped with lightning protection, anti-static, waterproof, ventilation, explosion-proof, monitoring and alarm facilities and equipment according to the characteristics of the hazardous chemicals stored.
