The explosion-proof container is a large scale outdoor chemical temporary storage warehouse, which is designed for application of metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, petrochemical, light industry, coking, municipal, pharmaceutical hazardous chemicals, laboratories or products with special requirements for toxic gas storage.

With the effort of this product, the battery would get a full safe environment for storage and lower the safety risk to a minimum.This product is equipped with advanced sensors,explosion proof system, fire proof system to comply with strict environmental requirement of hazardous storage.

 

Lighting System

When the container door is open, the explosion-proof lights inside turn on automatically; and when the door is closed, the lights turn off automatically. When the container door is closed, please use mechanical lock to secure the door in order to avoid personnel invasion.

Explosion-proof measures

The explosion-proof distribution box is molded by aluminum alloy and coated with epoxy resin. We take effective measures to eliminate the potential sparks caused by friction when doors of the cabinet are opened or closed. Explosion vents which will reduce damage from internal explosion pressures. (i.e., high pressure and flame)

Intelligent monitoring and alarm system 

Explosion proof combustible gas detector, VOC detector, smoke detector, temperature detector are set in the container. When the cabinet detects and alarms, the alarm bell and alarm light will automatically start; When the concentration of combustible gas exceeds the standard, the cabinet alarm system starts and the alarm information will sent to the management personnel or security. At the same time, the fan in the cabinet is started for forced ventilation.When the temperature and smoke detector alarm together, the fire extinguishing system will be started automatically, and the ventilation facilities will be closed.

Temperature Control System

The explosion-proof air conditioner controls the temperature of the container, you can set up the value and mode from the control panel, the whole system would run according to the pre-set value, when the temperature inside is lower than the pre-set value, the air conditioner would stop automatically, and when the temperature the higher than the value, the air conditioner would start automatically.
